Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally to almost every country. Duties and taxes are the responsibilities of the recipient, these fees will be due at the time of delivery. LUNATIK is not responsible for customs and duties. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. For more duties and tax information, please contact your local customs office.

Do you ship to APO’s/Military bases?

Yes, if you live on a military base, please contact our customer support on [email protected] for assistance with billing and shipping.

How do I order replacement parts or hardware?

My order says that one or more of the items I ordered are currently on backorder. What does this mean for my order?

If one or more of the items in your order is out of stock, we will wait until all items are available before we ship your order (applicable to both domestic and international orders). Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information shortly thereafter. If for any reason you do not, please get in touch with our customer service team.

My order says that one or more of the items I ordered are currently on pre-order. What does this mean for my order?

If one or more of the items in your order is a pre-order product, we will wait until all items are available before we ship your order (applicable to both domestic and international orders). Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information shortly thereafter. If for any reason you do not, please get in touch with our customer service team.

How long is my Lunatik product under warranty and what’s covered?

All Lunatik products warrants against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer (the “Warranty Period”). You can read more on our warranty here.

Can I modify my order after I have already submitted it online?

While placing an online order on our website, please make sure to review your order carefully before purchasing. If you find any errors, please contact us immediately. Due to our automated system, orders are automatically submitted to our fulfillment department as soon as they are submitted online. Please note that if you are late in informing us about any change after the order has already been shipped, it will not be possible for us to change anything thereafter. So we request again to please make sure to review your order carefully before purchasing.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Once an order has been placed, please allow up to 3 business days for it to be processed and shipped (usually orders will ship out sooner than this). All orders are shipped from one of the Lunatik Distribution Center in Mumbai or Shenzhen via your chosen shipping option (standard or express shipping). Please note, no orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

What if my order is lost in transit?

If your order tracking is showing ‘lost in transit’, simply ask us to resend the order and we will happily do it for you. Please understand that we will not be able to resend you if the order is still in transit under our cutoff time.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns when we are unable to furnish a replacement. Please fill out this form and explain to us why you want to return the product. All returns must be agreed between both parties (seller and buyer). All returns are subjected to our return policy

Are Lunatik cases intrinsically safe?

Because Lunatik cases are designed to work with electronic devices like mobile phones, watches, tabs, etc., they are not intrinsically safe. There are a wide variety of devices on the market so to determine if your device and the any case together is intrinsically safe it would need to be tested by a certified testing lab.
